DIRECTION
You own the thinking.
Delegate research and execution. Keep the original ideas, hard decisions, and responsibility for the result.
Learn to direct AI agents, build ambitious projects, and create a way of working you own. A four-week program for individuals and teams.
4 weeks · Recorded lessons · Lifetime community
Human judgment. Agent execution.
Context / Delegation / Collaboration01 / A DIFFERENT WAY TO WORK
This is for people who care about the work. Professionals, founders, and teams who want to build their skills and deliver something better—not just produce more.
DIRECTION
Delegate research and execution. Keep the original ideas, hard decisions, and responsibility for the result.
MULTIPLAYER
Move beyond one person in one chat. Give humans and agents shared context and a clear way to collaborate.
OWNERSHIP
Your agent memory and processes are business assets. Make them portable, visible, and useful beyond one tool.
THE SHIFT IS BIGGER
THAN A BETTER PROMPT.
Most people use AI to get an answer. But agents can research, analyze, build, and keep working toward an outcome. The opportunity is bigger than a faster first draft.
Your role changes, too. You bring the ideas, taste, and judgment. You define the goal, provide the context, and decide what good looks like. That’s what we practice here.
02 / THE FOUR-WEEK PROGRAM
Understand the foundations.
Put them to work.
Leave with processes you can keep using.
Understand how models, agents, and harnesses work—without a computer science lecture. Learn to recognize work worth delegating and think beyond the next prompt.
Turn a real piece of work into a clear agent task.
Give agents the information and tools they need. Define what a good outcome looks like, scope access, and set approval boundaries that don’t depend on a prompt asking nicely.
Create a task brief with context and explicit permissions.
Learn when to use recurring automations, long-running delegated tasks, and close human–agent feedback loops. Match the workflow to the work, rather than treating everything as a chat.
Design all three workflows around work you actually do.
Bring teammates into the process. Preserve portable agent memory, document reusable processes, and build durable workflows that deliver better outcomes for your customers.
Bring your workflows together into a reusable team playbook.
03 / FOUR WEEKS IS THE BEGINNING
The tools will change. Having people to figure things out with stays valuable.
Lifetime community access gives you a place to discuss workflows, share what you’re learning, and work through questions with other people putting AI to use.
We may host occasional video office hours. There’s no fixed or guaranteed live schedule.
Find your peopleBUILDER. DESIGNER. ENTREPRENEUR.
04 / LEARN FROM SOMEONE BUILDING IT
When everyone has access to powerful AI, what sets you apart is how you work.
If execution becomes cheap and everyone can press the same button to get work done, access to the tools isn’t enough. The difference is your judgment, your processes, and how you put those tools to work.
We’ve been working on AI agents since 2022, with production agent products live in 2023. LatchLoop built an early multiplayer AI coding and general knowledge-work agent platform. Through Velora, we’ve been building for the web since 2009 and have created software used by millions.
AGI Fluent is where I teach professionals how to turn that access into a practical advantage: direct agents, make better decisions, and build a way of working they can keep improving.

No. This program is for ambitious people who want to direct AI in their day-to-day work. We explain the technology in practical terms. Technical builders can apply the same principles to software work.
No. Bryan’s experience building LatchLoop informs the program, but the focus is on transferable skills: context, delegation, permissions, collaboration, and owning your processes—not learning one product’s buttons.
Through recorded lessons organized into a four-week program. You can work through them at your own pace, and lifetime community access is included. We may offer occasional community video office hours, but there is no guaranteed live schedule.
You will need access to an AI agent tool to put the lessons into practice. Tool subscriptions or usage charges are separate from the course price. Email us before enrolling if you want to discuss your existing setup.

HUMAN JUDGMENT. AGENT CAPABILITY.
